This is a very, Very, VERY slow ADC, suitable for handheld meters, perhaps, but really not much else.

The clock is an input to the ICL7135. The maximal frequency of this input is 120 kHz. What useful information is contained in the clock?

Just what are you hoping to do with this circuit?
