on edges of rising (or falling) clock. Therefore the duty cycle
of clock doesnt matter

I posted :"chopper-stabilized OP-amps are very duty cycle sensitive" where did I even mention the '51.

Anyhow, if you are running a marginal '51 (just manages to hang in there at the frequency you use) duty cycle WILL matter since a duty cycle variation WILL change the time between to identivcal edges.
