I just recall another (non-Dallas) case which I solved by using a double supervisor (Ignore the voltages I give, they are faint recalls, just observe the ratio)

I had a 4,75V supervisor attached to the !CS (or did it have an 'extra' !WE?) on the memory and a 4.5V supervisor attached to the uC.

Look at Maxim, they do have 'double supervisors'
