the 'double supervisor trick' did (and does) work.
On thinking of it I do believe I had the RAM cut out first just to guarantee that no 'reset throes' from the uC would upset the apple cart. That, of course, makes the code not write in the 'voltage gap' but a read after write will take care of detecting that. The app was not a 'use static RAM for all' but write a thing to static RAM now and then, so the read after write was no burden. Erik PS the place I should dig is not here, but a continent away. |
