#79088 - RE: connecting multiply RS232 to pc
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Have you hear about a USB to RS232 converter? go to your favorite computer store and you will find them

There are many threads about this, use the search feature in the page. I used the words USB and RS232 and got 107 hits

Why would you want to connect 10 RS232 devices? can you describe more about your application please?

Are the 10 devices uC? If they are micros you can use RS232 with 3 state outputs and you would only require 1 RS232 connector in the PC

Try Maxim and you will find this kind of transceivers
