To just say that it is "cheapest" means that there is no other cheaper solution - and this is clearly not true without qualification.

Of course, this could just be unfairly picky about your use of English - after all, you did also say "a" and not "the" - but you see how someone could be justified in that vote?

When I give an "Answer is Wrong" vote, I always make a post saying why.
I agree: just voting "Answer is Wrong" without explaining why it's wrong and - more important - correcting the error, is unhelpful.
