Some one has rated the following post as "Answer is wrong" http://www.8052.com/forum/read.phtml?id=79092 Can any one tell me how is it wrong In that post, you said, "Here is a cheapest mehtod" (my emphasis). It wasn't me that gave the "Answer is wrong" vote, but it is not correct to say without qualification that it is "cheapest" To just say that it is "cheapest" means that there is no other cheaper solution - and this is clearly not true without qualification. http://www.8052.com/forum/read.phtml?id=79116 http://www.8052.com/forum/read.phtml?id=79114 Of course, this could just be unfairly picky about your use of English - after all, you did also say "a" and not "the" - but you see how someone could be justified in that vote? Hope that helps? Prahlad J. Purohit said:
1. For "Answer is Wrong" option the reason must be made compulsory.
2. The name of the voter must be publically visible. When I give an "Answer is Wrong" vote, I always make a post saying why. I agree: just voting "Answer is Wrong" without explaining why it's wrong and - more important - correcting the error, is unhelpful. |
