#79150 - RE: RATING SYSTEM Responding to: ???'s previous message |
Anyways for PC side communication you have only one channel and you can't send simultaneously the data to or from all those 10 devices due to this PC communication channel bottleneck.
>Ok, i agree, then is not good aproach from the start >> The same applies to your hard UART design. Please let the ball stay in Ravi“s court because seems he is not interested an we are spenting our time You are right I too think we are really wating our time with this thread the original poster [ RAVI ] hasn't send even a single reply in past more than 30 Hours. Your scheme of hard UART too will suffer from the same limitations as mine. i.e. being slow. - The main culprit entire 10 device communication has to pass through single physical serial port on PC. - Even with hard UART you can't go on accepting data from all 10 devices. If all of them are transmiting simultaneously at high speed say 57.6 Kbps or something then within no time your resources will be over since sending is through single channel on PC comm port. In that event your scheme may totally fail if you can't stop the reception of data by handshaking controls. PD: If you want tomorrow i will post you a + point ;-D Points is not an issue :). I am totally against this karma system and particularly this "Answer is wrong" vote without reasoning and understanding the real facts. Regards, Prahlad Purohit |
