I think your solution would work best. If there is a problem with the code it can be fixed fast. Should the customer want to change something himself he could reprogram it in basic. A printed circuit board could be banged out in less than 30 minutes and cost about $4. Should the order increase from qty 1 to qty 10 it would be far cheaper than the PLC method (PLC-10*100=$1,000:Basic-10*30=$300). Regards, Charles Bannister |
