Are you serious ? Design a PCB, print, expose etch, drill and populate and test in 30 minutes?

We aren't selling this as a product remember, its to fix one problem. It is what PLCs are FOR.

The analysis is radically different if you are making quantities of anything, but no one in his right mind would see these for only 30 USD in 10 off. Case, PSU , certified EMC testing ?

Get real.
