Hi Dear Adam,
Why did you gived up in using Asim Khan's ISP Programmer v3.00 ?
That's the programmer i advice to every newbie to build.
Seems that the Search Feature is down just give me time and i give you some good links and some advices how to work it out.
it's not as hard as it looks, all of your problem is because AT89Sxx chips are not good in driving the cables going out from your board.
