The movie "Back to the Future" has a component of time-travel achieved in a DeLorean sports car. Since the car has made trips forwards and backwards in time, it is just possible that some advanced being in the future jotted down ideas on the back of a napkin and that back in the late 90's we became the benefactors of this advanced knowledge, which even eight years later is astonishing and people are still trying to figure it out.
