I had bought a Top851 programmer, and completed my project!
The ISP cable I had made does not has exact the same parts, maybe this is the key point!

Now I am studying the principle of SPI, and I know that AT89S5x is programmed through SPI. After that, I will give the reason why my ISP can not work!
