After have the file in format .HEX, open the FLIP.

You have that to make the following one:

SETTINGS >> COMMUNICATION>> RS232 (choose the COM) , BAUD= 115200 and CONNECT.

FILE >> LOAD HEX FILE >> To choose the file (.HEX) to send for the microcontroller
