Will teach (you and) your students how to understand, specify and reduce logic (CPLD, FPGA, uC, PC) better than any FPGA programming book. Of course, you can skip Hurley and let the "wonderful" software take care of the 'reduction' and end up with results as mediocre as the average. I, persomnally, believe that Hurley has done more to my CPLD/FPGA/uC programming skills than any programming book. Erik |
