Mahmood,

Download and Read The Fine Data Sheet for the particular FPGA you're using.

Altera, Lattice and Xilinx all dedicate whole chapters in their data sheets to configuration, and in these Fine Data Sheets you'll see schematics and basically EVERYTHING YOU NEED.

Note that with both Brand A and Brand X you'll typically use the specific "configuration EEPROM." Lattice's SRAM-based FPGAs that DON'T have on-board configuration EEPROM let you use cheap SPI parts.
