It could very well be a sign of a very poor power supply design if it only produced a "clean" output when no load is connected! Is it a linear regulator, or switching? It is really impossible to give useful suggestions without seeing at least you schematics - and, preferable, some photos. Hint: often the best way to get close-up images of boards is by using a flat-bad scanner... |
