wow...quite a raging debate going on here...
my old board somehow managed to bust my MCU :( i bought a new one, but didnt want to use the same board so i am building another one..however, things like multilayered boards are a real luxury in this part of the world and even if i could find one, i'm pretty sure i wouldnt be able to afford one... so i'm using a board that looks like this :

also, i found this strange looking woven wire:

should i use this wire for my vcc and ground wiring? or is a solid copper wire as suggested in previous posts better?
