Once again a good example of the state removing civil liberties

Is it not sad that the state has to "remove civil liberties" because some idiots abuse them. I hardly can see that it is a "civil liberty" to make a cell phone call in a cinema.

Civil liberties only work when the populace do not abuse them and it seems that "civil liberty" is gradually getting replaced by "my right to do whatever I want"

Sorry about the rant, but I could not let the above stand.
