I whole-heartedly disagree, so there! I am never in favor of sending more of my or anyone else's money to any government. Give the money to the restaurant or theater, if they paid to have the system installed. Or maybe let the cellular provider keep a small portion for billing and collection services, but definitely don't give any of it to any government.
