If you had ANY idea about the routings of requests and questions inside the Philips Labyrinth, you would gasp. You have not posted your e-mail in your profile and thus I have contacted my known direct contacts ( R., B. and P) when I have had questions. I have, on occasion, tried to be nice and presented a question to "Philips tech support" instead of my contacts and the answers and runarounds have been funny was this not so sad.
