Sorry I forgot to mention the clk speed. I'm running @ 32Mhz (which is not overclocked for this chip).

Not sure what PLL is still new to this.

When I mentioned example code I ment that I couldn't find any specifically for access the internal SRAM for this chip. Though I might have found one that contains the info in a Dallas app note but still looking into it, the app note is on how to use a software SPI port to control a SPI based LCD.
