What would you propose his 'scope do for him? He can't reach inside the MCU and check the SFR's. Perhaps an SFR dump after every instruction would shed some light, but an oscilloscope?

This is, IMHO, a coding problem, as I said, with something simply being done out of sequence.

If you know of something, Jan, I'd be interested.
