#117589 - Final Update
Responding to: ???'s previous message
Well looks like I'm out of luck on the internal SRAM. I got a reply from Dallas Semiconductors confirming that I am trying to access it correctly. My only guess is that maybe I damaged the chip when I soldered it in (wish I had had some sockets, oh well). Strange that there is no other apparent problems.

I do finally have my circuit reading a harddrive but I guess I'll just have to add external memory for a read/write buffer (that's if I can ever find my old Tandy 1000).

Thanks all for you're input.
