Well sir i am having another problem newly discovered is that i have only connected three pins of LCD to Power supply meanse
1-Ground
2-+5v
3-10K Pot with ground
but my lcd is showing the contrast on LCD and the Half of LCD is black (Contrased) and the Other Half is Fading back to normal.

i am really astonishing that My lcd is not working cuz i think that its Hardware Fault ....

is any one have ever had same problem ?
