You can use whatever language you wish, in most cases, but if you want people to understand what you've said, it's advisable to adhere to conventionally accepted nomenclature. You can, I suppose, use the term "encrypt" rather than "scramble" as some used to do when they thought the sync signal on their cable receiver was "scrambled." Misuse of such terms, however, leads to confusion, which probably doesn't help anything. Using the word "perfect" is probably not advisable either. Initially, the pinout of the now-typical LCD module was quite arbitrary. Only after it became a popular industry standard did it become "perfect." RE |
