Well sir i am using this configuration for my lcd and i have tested that in my new LCD means (16x4) I have found that full contrast mode is on Ground and when ever u move my 10k pot to positive side the contrast is decreasing .... well i have connected my pot between +5v to 0v (Ground)

P3.0 ---> P3.7 to DB.0 ---> DB.7
P1.7 to RS
P1.5 to RW
P1.4 to EN

well as i have told that i am able to see the contrast ... so sir it means atlease for the Power supply my circuit is right... and i am now going to check my data lines with LEDs and hoping that i would find the problem ... if it could be Hardware problem .... well and one more thing that i should not have blame God for that tiny thing .....

although its very big effort for me but this is really very tiny thing for blaming God.....
