Well as some one have told that P3.6 is not available... then he is perfectly right ..... and i was only testin for my lcd contrast with my this pin configuration...... and that was

and i have connected back my LCD with previous configuration and i now my lcd is connected with

P1----->DB (with P3.0 and P3.1 with 10k Pull ups)
P3----->control (P3.7,P3.5,P3.4)

and now i have done some LED home work but i have another problem that is on pin P1.0 and P1.1 i am getting only (+1v and -4v[well +1v voltage is wrt pin and ground and -4 voltage is wrt pin and Vcc pin]) for logical one and this is so small to drive digital logic .... so any body have any idea how to raise +ve voltage on pins P1.0 and P1.1
