I read the white paper on "Omniscient code generation", and it looks pretty interesting. The sceptic in me wonders whether the implementation will live up to the promise, but the technique seems sound. I've been using various code analysis tools recently, and you do wonder why the compilers can't use similar techniques.

Debugging via breakpoints is not mentioned, and inlined functions will be a problem.
