As Erik mentioned, there are also manufacturers of '51 emulators, with whom your company might want to cooperate. I'm trying to get in touch with some of these companies to determine the level of support for ELF/DWARF in there IDEs/debug interfaces. Even if we can't get HI-TIDE talking to them straight away it would still be good to be able to use the compiler with these devices. We have existing communication channels with Si Labs and Nohau already so hopefully things will go well. |
