It is partly why I asked the question but indirectly. We have devoted a lot of time and resources to optimisations and started to get the feeling that if we didn't focus on the 'debugability' of the generated optimised code it could all be for naught. I wanted to gauge public opinion and allow it to determine whether our instincts were correct. As a result of everyones responses I am now in charge of making our most optimised output 'debugable'.

As for OCG. The whitepaper gives a decent overview, but if you'd like more information feel free to let me know and I'll see what I can do.
