My point, Jan, was that if you can't easily write 'em down, you don't know what the requirements are. If you don't know, then you'll never meet 'em. If it's a hobby project, then it's simple enough that you can write 'em down on a few sheets of a legal pad. If it's a serious project, like a space station or so, then the requirements will fill a boxcar or two, or, in the case of the space station, a couple of 747's, since redundancy is required.
He's putting out an RFP, but has no criteria. RE |
