Keil make an OS for the 8051, what's more people buy it and use it. That's hardly an exercise in futility now, is it? "I bought a new digital TV decoder over the weekend and that is running a diskless or flash based version of linux and you can bet your bottom dollar it doesnt contain an 8052" I'll bet my bottom dollar that it'll get hot and crash from time to time The setup menus will be painfully difficult to use and won't quite work properly. |
