None of the applications mentioned are real time.This is because most people know that an 8 bit rtos is silly,like I said.
It seems that there is this idea that if developing embedded systems isnt so difficult that it makes your eyes bleed then its not been done properly, so we have people who insist of only ever using assembler, never use any debugging tools, will not use simulators, try to implement completely unsuitable systems in an 8 bit processor and do it all with one hand tied behind thier backs.I have no idea why it happens but it seems like it adds to the mystique I suppose. |
