Dear Erik,

Thanks for sharing the trick with us. If I am getting it right you have this pin shorting mechanism in both the jacks on your devices. If plugs are put in both the jacks than your relay opens up the Termination resistor and if a plug is put in one of the jacks or no plug at all than the termination resistor is put into. Am I right.
