22MHz version is $66. Has 8-channel 10-bit A/D, RS232, ROM and 32K SRAM.

It's what I use. They include software that uploads IHX files to the board, but my problem is I don't use Windows. I disassembled the monitor running in ROM, and figured out the format it looks for. If you decide to go with this board, I can email the C code that compiles and runs on LINUX to upload IHX.
