Hi Rajendra,
It may be late, but I wish to say that I had developed a board incoroporating 8051F120, F320 & F350 with euro, RS232 and USB on the same board. Its size is similar to the one offered by SiLabs. The aim was to handle whole gamut of apps requiring control, communication as well as handling low level signals (F350). The boards have come in handy for me in quite a few projects and I have them in good numbers. Only the desired devices are soldered and foot prints remain unoccupied.
