How about the board available from prjc.com for $79. Any body using it and see any problems. one thing I see is that it doesn't have A/D converters or any other ports.

uPSD32xx does seem to be a good board. But also seems to be tough to learn using it quickly.(discussion forum at mcu.st.com) . still looking for some input.
