Please note that the uPSD32xx don't have the on-chip debug facility, it's included only on the more expensive uPSD34xx.
Also, the uPSDs are very nice chips packed by features and a good value for the money, but not so straighforward to use (I am currntly struggling with making ISP working on a uPSD3212) so maybe not the. Try to go through the uPSD forums (Andy: fora) on mcu.st.com to get a picture...
