Much more likely, you have just cited one bad example of "free" tools, and two good examples of "commercial" tools.

I'm sure it wouldn't take too long to come up with a corresponding number of good examples of "free" tools, and bad examples of "commercial" tools.

In fact, it probably wouldn't take too long to come up with someone who's had a good experience of that particular "free" tool, and others who've had bad experiences of those particular "commercial" tools.
