I said if someone installs a Power Relay running a DC motor without a snubber, protection diode or any other precaution to reduce EMI ,it is his fault if my board doesn't work properly
No, it is not, Your board should be able to withstand the environment it is sold to work in. If it is not, and you can not/do not want to fix it take the board back and give the customer a refund. Does that mean thst you can not suggest to the customer that he install a snubber, of course not. However regardless of that, my first paragraph is still stand. Erik |
