I'm not sure, but either the IDE or the assembler refuses to do that, too. I was trying to see whether a routine to copy 8KB of code from internal ROM to xRAM would work better from top to bottom or bottom to top, and it didn't simulate despite the fact the code itself was only 15 bytes.
