Excellent Move, This kind of policy was badly needed to stop insulting, flamming & to restrict the discussion to the topic.
Another idea is to give members the option to adjust their profile so that posts from users below a certain karma score aren't even visible to them.
Please reconsider the above rule, because if you implement the above in that case even some very good posts [Posted by users with low Karma score] will be hidden from the certain users [Masters].
I personally feel that weather a post is to be hidden or not shouldn't be decided by the users karma score but by the score of the individual post.
