But nevertheless, it's a matter of fact, that some posters can place much more and many more offensive 'contributions' than others, without being banned. And by this, these posters de facto have the status of a moderator!

From the many private e-mails I got in the last months, I noticed, that I'm not alone with this opinion. And I'm not alone with the opinion, that the way how some newbies are treated here is really disgusting.
I don't like SMS style either, but it has become a standard in the worldwide communication. It's something new, where we older might get problems. But nevertheless, if a newbie, who is young, makes his post here, and he is not warned, that SMS style is unwelcome, he WILL post using SMS abbreviations. But instead of remembering him friendly, that SMS style is unwanted here, some senior posters start a firework of arrogance, aggression and sadismn. And these offensive replies are NOT banned or treated in any way, being suited to keep the aggression down in this forum.
