way how some newbies are treated here is really disgusting.

Exactly there were days when it became a tridition
to ill treat every newbie and Craig had to implement H/W
Icon Legend policy . Actually newbies are also very short
tempered and over sensitive . Now after the implementation
of Karma system , we may hope for the best .
