If I make an effort to inspect the database table what I see is a list of numbers--i.e. user 56 scored message number 75000 by user 642 as "Off-topic." If I really wanted to I could then match up user numbers to actual users and figure out who is scoring who, but that's not something I plan on doing unless it becomes clear that people are abusing the system.
