#80182 - RE: WEOT: Precision rectifier for 50Hz. Responding to: ???'s previous message |
I don't think I would ever write 10K0 in our parts lists system, we always say 10K 1% MRS25 , 10K 0.1% Ohmit or whatever.
What do you do ? I specify that 3 digit resistance values are 1%, 2 digit values are 1% such as "100R" is 1% "k1" is 5%. Yes, it lead to a few 'funny' values (such as k1) but the errors it lead to is a few 1% where 5% would suffice and thus no substantial problem. I doubt I would have used this system if I were an "analog magician" but it came up a good while ago and has sufficed beautifully for our limited analog design efforts. I am not promoting this system, however when I suspected 5% resistors, I automatically whent for my type of marking. Erik |
