Hi Kai,
Thanks a millions for your great help. I will try out this circuit. You said I can use it with -7V +8V supply but I don't want to use that ICL7660 unreliable supply anymore I will use some other reliable and stable supply voltage source. Can the same circuit be used with +9V -9V supply or any modification is needed.
