I have posted a simplified picture showing main structure of layout If required I will post the entire PCB layouts.

One thing I want to know Should the Vref be derived from AVcc or Dvcc the PCF8591 seems to be using DVcc but I am using AVcc whats the right way? Following is the snapshot from the PCF8591 datasheet..
