Thanks for the reply. I went through the link that you mentioned. I feel that, the grounding scheme that they have suggested might be the best for that part but not necessarily the best for every other part. Some times, some ADCs require a solid path between the DGND and AGND, depending upon their internal working structure. The method of local Analog planes has been discussed in the following link. Please take a look at it upon your convenience.
Multiple ADC grounding. It might not be applicable in all cases, but is certainly seems to be a good way to avoid the Digital currents from flowing into the Analog ground planes.
