The supply connector should be located onto the AGND plane side or DGND plane side? Cannot be clearly answered. Both has its pros and cons. Have a look at datasheet of ADUC812/4. If I remember correctly, there is an example layout shown, where the analog supply voltage is gained from the digital one by intense LC filtering. Some time ago, I suggested this scheme for a similar project, where also the analog supply voltage is gained by the digital one by intense LRC filtering:  Kai |
